Ulaanbaatar/Munich: Ulaanbaatar Electricity Distribution Network Joint Stock Company of Ulaanbaatar (UBEDN) is one of the leading electricity DSOs in Mongolia, servicing nearly half the population, which corresponds to 260,000 targeted private and business customers. The project was won by IT Zone, a local system integrator, in conjunction with Monmap, the Esri distributor for Mongolia and AED-SICAD. The scope of the project encompasses the implementation of the Editor and Web GIS Clients of the UT for ArcGIS product suite, as well as integrating UT for ArcGIS with their network calculation software PowerFactory. The project is already underway.
