AED-SICAD strengthens further its high quality standards

In the past months AED-SICAD AG has improved further its internal quality management system and has recertified it according to ISO 9001. The primary goal of the certified quality management system is the optimization of the business processes and the provision of innovative products and services with a clear focus on the customer.

The successful certification has been done across all company sites and all essential corporate divisions. The value-generating business processes, starting with product development via sales and commercial processes to customer project implementations were the main focus of the certification processes. In accordance with ISO 9001 a quality management manual valid for the whole company has been established, which unifies and documents all processes so that these can be consulted by all employees.

“The subject quality assurance is especially in the area of software development extremely important. Therefore an effective quality management system is very vital for the success of development projects and product development activities”, says managing director Dr. Holger Schade. The final audits were performed by the German company DEKRA and AED-SICAD could prove with full success its high quality standards and its customer focus.
