As a result of AED-SICAD's and ESRI's joint activities for the development of the ArcFM UT and LM on ArcGIS data models, a strategic partnership has been created. This co-operation not only covers these new product lines, but also influences the systems of both companies, being in productive operation today.
For the realization of web-based applications we offer the product GIS Portal.
During the entire development phase, AED-SICAD acquired a solid and comprehensive know-how about the latest ESRI software, enabling us to use this consulting expertise when requested by the customer. Therefore, AED-SICAD also acts as Official Sales Partner of Germany's ESRI distributor ESRI Geoinformatik GmbH.
During the ESRI Business Partner Conference in Palm Springs, California, in March 2004, AED-SICAD has been elected for the ESRI Partner of the Year award.
The award was presented by Jack Dangermond, founder and CEO of ESRI Inc., for the company's efforts in successfully implementing ESRI's ArcGIS core technology into its latest GIS applications for utilities and land management, as well as the increasing turnover of AED-SICAD products containing ArcGIS technology.
