As of version V3.0A20, the SICAD-UT network information system comes complete with an Internet-based online help system. You can thus branch directly to the help pages corresponding to any and every application function. The help system simply calls a standard browser (Netscape or Microsoft Explorer) and takes you directly to the function description you require. At the same time, the browser provides you with an exhaustive overview of the system functionality. Gone are the days of leafing through stacks of manuals during the initial training phase.
