Minimum hardware requirement for running ArcMap, ArcFM and UT on ArcFM™ UT on a client-machine is an Intel Pentium Processor starting from 2 GHz and from 512 MB RAM.
The ArcFM™ UT Software itself (without required additional software) requires 200MB free disc space. This is of course without space for your project data
