ArcFM UT Web

The specific functional requests in the utility sector require of course a very specific web application for utilities with very targeted functionality. ArcFM UT Web - which is based on the AED-SICAD GIS Portal - enables you to distribute  your asset data easily to your different user groups within or outside your company. The administrator chooses what type of functionality or data each user group should receive: Web-based tracing or redlining, simple information on asset  data or high-end web-based plotting, to just name a few key-functionalities. The applications are based on ArcIMS or ArcGIS Server technology.

There are three major extensions on top of this application combination:

  • Construction Site Information System, helping the utility to provide information to authorized users,
  • An Outage and Crisis Management System as an environment to support decision makers with information during critical situations (e.g. a storm),
  • Alpha Editor with the capability to edit the attribute data directly in the ArcSDE database.
