Instructions for Registration and Generation of Credentials

Dear Visitor of the AED-SICAD web site,

out of technical reasons and to offer you a high security standard, you will have to register via two-level registration process.

Explanation of the process: 

Step 1 – Registration:

• Please fill in the form Registration and click on „Register“
• The web server will send you a confirmation email which you will have to acknowledge.
• Now you can connect to the Server.
• If you need the access to the support area or certain customer groups, then please click on the offered link to obtain the email with activation link.

Step 2 – Activiation of protected areas:

• For the following points you must have been registered and you must be logged in to www.aed-sicad.com.
• If you have a currently valid maintenance contract with AED-SICAD, you may obtain access to the protected areas. Please click for this on the offered link to obtain the email with activation link.
• You may at any time go to this form for activation, if you click on the menu item “my data” in the footer menu.
• For the access to the support area, please enter your maintenance contract number in the respective form and click on „send“. In case of several maintenance records, only enter one contract number. In the text comment area, you can add a comment requesting access to specific user group areas.
• Your data will be as fast as possible processed and you should typically receive within 24h (working days) an answer.
