Plot-Service - high-quality plotting with user-defined layouts

Besides the visualization of geodata on the screen, the possibility of producing true-to-scale, high-quality, vector-based plots is an important criterion for the successful implementation of web-based geo-information systems across all branches.  

With the optional module WebMapPlotService (WMPS) a powerful Output-System als plug-in for the GIS Portal is available. With WMPS, the key-task of producing maps in analog as well as digital form, is  just three clicks away. The user can control the layout of the plot by choosing from optional parameters, e.g. plot template, output scale, print quality and format. The layout not only considers the usual elements, but also frames for plain text or dynamic information (e.g. date, coordinates, order no., number of adjacent map sheet).
